Hi coffee friends,
It’s an exciting time of year for coffee. Our team is cupping daily and selecting coffees from origins that’ve just finished harvesting. It’s a busy and tasty time.
Sourcing updates and pre-booking coffees from this harvest
Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Kenya are on the table among several others. Check out our harvest calendar to see which origins are now sharing fresh harvest samples.
Get in touch if you need to plan your supply from this harvest for these origins. Remember, the best time to secure coffees is as the harvest is ending, this is when options are tasting their best and have the most quantity available. If you request coffees too late after the harvest the options will be limited.
You’ll also notice from our Product List that most 2020 lots sold out a while ago but are listed for Prebooking. This includes our annual regulars from some of our longest relationships:
Honduras Don Fabio Caballero – San Francisco Catuai Washed
Honduras Mary Nery Marquez – El Liquidambar Catuai Natural
El Salvador Mauricio Salaverria – Cruz Gorda Bourbon/Pacas Semi-washed
El Salvador Mauricio Salaverria – Divisadero Bourbon/Pacas Natural
And our regional range capturing the essence of particular regions:
Nicaragua Regional Picaflor (Dipilto) Washed
Honduras Regional La Duenda (La Paz) Washed
Colombia Regional Mariposa (Cauca) Washed
Brazil Regional Samba (Minas Gerais) Natural
Talk to us if there are coffees you want to prebook for 2021 so we can ensure there is enough supply to meet your needs.
Our team can also schedule things for you over the next 12 months so you can lock in the coffee you want but not worry about using it until you need to.
