Huila

This regional coffee comes from the Huila department of Colombia. Producers combine their small lots at a community cooperative/mill to create ‘regional lots’, which show the flavour profile of the micro region surrounding the mill. This enables them to sell their coffee in larger quantities, rather than having to struggle to sell their small lots individually.
